ARK POTTERY is a real cottage industry.
The potters work in the former dairy building adjacent to their home a thatched Devon longhouse.

VAUGHAN and ANGELA GLANVILLE have been making their distinctive and unusual pottery for a quarter of a century.

VAUGHAN "throws" pots on the pottery wheel and makes sculptural pieces when time permits. He trained at Exeter College of Art
and Reading University.

ANGELA designs ceramics and models animal figures, many combined with pots producing some original ideas. She trained at Hornsea College of Art, Exeter College of Art and Reading University.
