Castle Gym is one of South Devon's largest gyms with an excellent selection of cardiovascular equipment, resistance machines and free weights. Individual programmes are designed for all members so everybody can achieve their personal goal, be it toning up, losing weight or increasing strength. Many classes and aerobic classes are taken every week by our qualified instructors.
